"Weed has no replacement and life will be no life after it." Many people rely on the statement and miss the little chunks of happiness that they could have observed without weed. Being high produces the feeling of self-satisfaction, and probably one begins to enjoy the things, that may be hated the most by the surroundings or the persons around.

The individuals, the inspirations those have quit weed after their smoking span always mention their life as more beautiful without being high. So what exactly they experience and feel in the first month of 'No Weed'? Here are the few changes to observe, and yes, to feel if you are on the way to a life-changing journey of quitting smoking weed.

Better Sleep.
There remains no need to end up the sleep taking the sips of Benadryl. No weed means- full control over body and the relaxed mind that can have naturally free floating dreams. In the beginning, it happens to be tough, but after 3-4 days things become back to normal.

No Overeating.
Weed boosts up the appetite and makes the person eat more and more after having a shot. Life settles back to normal without weed, and it becomes easy to control the diet and focus on the body-fitness

No Meaningless Fights.
It is from the majority. Many people feel happy that after quitting weed their family life became more peaceful and there remains no scope for meaningless fights. Simply, no weed=healthy mind that can handle the situations more precisely.

Increased Productivity.
The graph between the previous month's productivity and the month after no weed shows striking differences. Usually people think being high they can perform better, but in reality, the fact is completely reverse. The abilities of a healthy mind are much more, and that is observed and proved by the research too.
