Yup. Doing good and feeling great. Started a gym regime at my local LA fitness and I recently began Juicing. Straight Kale, Cucumber, Lime, Pineapple and tons of other fresh veggies. Try this out for 3 days straight and you will feel like a champ!!!! Its like a cleanser and coupled with the detox advice I'm using from the quit week guide. I feel great! Here is the Juicer I'm using. It's not like a normal smoothie where it turns everything to puree. This machine just squeezes the juice out. Takes a while, but worth! Comments are closed.
