Meditation for Weed Cravings

Many people understand the side effects of smoking Weed and Marijuana but unfortunately, can't help themselves when it's about fighting the cravings. The uneasiness, the restlessness and the urge to ‘take it one last time’ demands a lot of determination and stability to control the body and mind. So for avoiding the instances of 'let's this be the last one,' what right measure have to be taken? The simple answer is -

Meditation or The Mind Training
Meditation= Mindful Awareness + Concentration
Believe, meditation does wonder. It helps you to control your mind and stabilize the unwanted cravings that hinder the determination. The spiritual concentration or the one-pointedness is the greatest pleasure to bounce back the preoccupations like weed cravings easily. The power of one-pointedness also helps in uncovering the self-connect to make you realize your priorities and the time that you have lost distracting from the ultimate goals.

Simply understand, the feelings or the craving that comes to the mind, simply fades with time. Meditation never emphasizes on encouraging or discouraging the feelings that may cause inner-frustration, but create the one-pointedness to understand and fade the unwanted feelings with the power of spirituality.

There exists no force greater than the supreme force, and the motto of meditation lies in realizing the intellect, and it's 'connect' with the spirituality. With meditation and concentration practices, self-control is actually possible, and there are many live examples to get the inspiration from.
