Its been about 3 months now since I started using the quit weed guide. I've had ups and downs, but I remain committed to never smoking again. I even started working out more, eating healthier and really watching what bad habits I do and look for self correcting measures.
Life is good, I've learned how to finally Kite Surf in Colombia. Met a cool girl, but well, she isn't really really communicative. Move on, more fish in the sea. That said, lets talk about bad habits and how they play a part in your attempts to quit smoking weed. We all know smoking cigarettes is a bad habit. And those are probably worse than weed since there are so many chemicals added that we don't know about. Newport cigs and fiberglass ring a bell? Yeah, so this goes back to those baddie habits. Point is, lose them, get rid of them. I don't know what the stats are but, smoking is probably correlated to weed too. You gotta think about these things if you really want to remain committed and super charge your life for the better. My two cents my friend. Adios.
